Customized solutions for integrated fluidics systems

C2V developed the MicroDELTA™ platform for integration of fluidics systems. Portable modular systems with hybrid integrated micro-machined components and control electronics are feasible. The fluid is lead through channels in a channelplate to each component. With dedicated adhesive bonding and/or eutectic soldering techniques, electrical and fluid connections between channelplate and components are realized (normal and flip-chip oriented). For small channel dimensions, the channelplate is fabricated from silicon and glass, using micromachining techniques. The design can be optimized to your specific requirements.
